Become a MBG Valued Business Partner

There are many opportunities to work in partnership with the Max Business Group to grow both our businesses.  Opportunities  exist or can be created throughout all or any one of our three service lines:  Max Business Group Real Esate Services Division; Max Business Group Investment Strategies Division; and the Max Business Group Business Consulting Division. 

Based on explosive client need, we are currently opening opportunities in our Real Estate Servcies Division for the following county and county areas in Western PA:  Beaver; Butler; Lawrence; North Allegheny, North West & West Allegheny; East Allegheny; South Allegheny; Washington; and Westmoreland.    Our needs are to quickly identify, interview, and develop Partners in each of these geographical areas.   Areas of specialty are Residential Properties, New Home Construction, Income Producing Properties, Commercial Properties, and Land for Development. 

Please know our firm is not for everyone.  We are looking to interview active, PA licensed real estate agents who:

  • Put the needs of their client above their own and that of the firm wile working at the highest level of ethical practice
  • Know there has to be more efficient and effective ways to make more money in less time
  • Are looking to work in a non-political operations environment
  • Are open to using minimal technology to integrate into our paperless and virtual office processes
  • Are open to new ways to new innovative and creative processes, tools, and techniques to meet customer needs
  • Are ready to create their own real estate business and work as a true “independent contractor” (not an employee without a paycheck)
  • Are excited about and continuoulsy in a learning and teaching mode
  • Are willing to help in the devleopment and management of a leading referral network of agents in their area
  • Are willing to take other agents or brokers who practice unethically or unprofessionally to task at both local and state levels
  • A willing to let us help you build your own wealth portfolio to accelerate your exit or retirement strategy
