In reviewing our site we hope that you have come to the conclusion that we are not just another independent real estate firm- but a firm that hase been founded and operates on sound business and ethical principals. fact, in designing our business model, we started from scratch because we could find no model in the industry that was designed to focus on the needs of a client. So, the first thing we did was throw out the higly competative, political, “more feet on the street” real estate model that nearly every other firm in the county runs on.
We know that there is nothing in the typical dependent, real esate agency models that will sustain success. The model also promotes agents to be treated like employees without paychecks instead of the independent contracts they are.
We believe it has been the downfall of our industry. When all real estate agents look alike in the eyes of the consumer, they become a commodity, and therefore, the only thing agents have to negotiate with the client is price- and the reason commission rates continue to drop. Are you spending more and more time making less and less money?
We do work with only the most professional of Realtors®. We offer two pathways to work with our firm. One way is to become a Partner with the firm. A Partner is a core member of our firm and works within the framework of the Max Business Group. Partners can reside anywhere in PA with at least two Partners residing in each of our Service Areas. They receive the highest levels of business, problem solving, communication, technology, and applied practice training and development. We will also work with each Parter to invest in real estate which provides the greatest return and wealth building potential.
The other way to work with our firm is to become an MBG Affilliate- one who has joined our MBG Referral Network. An affilliate works within their own company and sends and receives referrals to and from others in the network. All affilliates must meet our rigorous professional and ethical standards and take part in a one day orientation and training program. Diverse teams consisting of up to 12 members from many different agencies will be formed. The montly meeting will be run by an MBG Partner or Partners in your area.
Based on explosive client need, we are currently opening opportunities for Partners in our Real Estate Servcies Division for the following county areas in Western PA: Beaver; Butler; Lawrence; North Allegheny, North West & West Allegheny; East Allegheny; South Allegheny; Washington; and Westmoreland.
