The purpose and reason behind very one of our workshops and programs is to help educate the public in a truthful manner about investing in real estate.   No one, absolutely no one, can make good decisions without good information, and getting good, honest information, without the influence to drive the participant to "buy my magic solution" at the end of the program is difficult if not impossible to find.  We know that when one educates rather than sells, the purpose, goals, program design, and deliverable are very different. You will experience that difference in all our programs.  There is no pressure for you to do anything buy engage in the workshop, have fun, learn at your own pace, and take action to apply what you have learned. 

All our programs are designed for you to walk away with the four most valuable deliverables every adult education program needs to provide.  They are to:

1. learn the language of the technology (here it is investing and real estate) you are engaging in
2. lean new ways of working by learning and applying tools, techniques, theories, processes, etc.
3. to learn something about you self along the way (the most important of all) and
4. to take appropriate action on what your have learned

Why our programs are so different-  because they are designed to meet your learning needs.  In fact, at the start of every program we will create a list of your expectations for the course.  Those expectations may include questions that you would like answers to or issues that you would like us to address.  We will then weave your needs into our program design of "learning and applying".  Unlike may other programs, you will have ample opportunity to ask questions throughout the entire program.  Please come ready to engage in these workshops as they are not lecture based  but rather experiential workshop conducted by some of the most professional trainers in the world.  Our vast training experience shows that people learn best by doing, just not sitting around and talking about it. 

Our design-  All our designs are created using the best of adult leaning theory, accelerated learning frameworks, hands-on application, and ends with each participant leaving with a step-by-step personalized plan of action.  The workshops will be structured in two segments.  In the morning session, participants will engage in LEARNING about investing in real estate.  In the afternoon, participants will engage in APPLYING what they learned in the morning session.  By the end of the workshop each participant will have created a personalized action plan that they can implement after the session to help them make better decisions when investing in real estate.

Length of workshops-  Each workshop lasts for one full day starting at 9:00 am sharp and ending at 4:30 pm sharp.  Some workshops will be presented in a back-to-back format across a three day period.  You may sign up for any one, two, or all three depending on your interests and schedule.  You will be on your own for lunch from 12:30-1:30 pm. 

Cost of workshops-  $250.00 per person per workshop or $350 per workshop when attending with a partner or spouse.  Price includes all materials.
