Discriminating Investor Workshop

Purpose of program: To provide real estate investors a set of tools and techniques and the experience of using those tools to help “discriminate” between those properties that look like good investments from those that actually are. This workshop was designed out of a need we uncovered in one of our research projects- one which showed that 95% (or more) of investors could have made better investment decisions when purchasing income producing properties. So why didn't they buy the highest performing properties? The answer to that questions is what this program was designed to answer and to help investors overcome.

- What is an Exit strategy and why do I need one? How do I create one?
- How ill my buying strategy help me designing specific criteria for analysis and selection?
- What are the best criteria for buying income producing properties?
- How can i use that criteria to conduct marketplace research?
- What is the most efficient and effective way to find high performing properties?
- How can I make sure that I but the "best" property- one that gets me to my goal the fastest?
- How does market conditions play into my negotiation strategy?
- OK, so after this program, what do I do first? Then what? (from your personalized plan of action)
These along with many other questions will be answered throughout the one day program. To maximize your learning, we suggest that you start writing down all the questions you have about investing in real estate and bring your list with you so that you are ready to contribute your questions to the group at the beginning of the workshop.
Length of Program: One day starting at 9:00 am sharp and ending at to 4:30 pm sharp. On your own for lunch from 12:30-1:30 pm.
Cost of Program: $250.00 per person or $350.00 when attending with a partner or spouse. Price includes all materials.
